HS SURGICAL FACE MASK

The HS Mask is a tri-layer, pleated, ASTM Level 3, Class II surgical protective mask manufactured of external polypropylene non woven Spunbound fabric layers with an intermediate layer of Meltblown (microfiber fabric filtration membrane).

The Mask has a moldable nose clip and is fluid resistant, antistatic, and hypoallergenic.

The Mask has elastic bands for looping behind the ears.

The HS Mask is certified by Intertek Labs, a FDA certified lab, to meet the standards of ASTM F2100-19e1.

The Mask is certified as a surgical mask by COFEPRIS (the Federal Committee for Protection from Sanitary Risks) of the Ministry of Health, Republic of Mexico.

The factory is certified by ISO 9001-2005 and the superior quality of the mask production is certified by ISO 13485.

PACKAGING

• 50 masks packed in a single sealed box.
• 64 boxes in a sealed plastic bag per shipping box.
• 2,000 masks per box.
• 3,200 masks per shipping box.
• Each box weighs approximately 10.5 kilos.
• Box dimensions are 44cms x 44cms x 44cms.
• The HS Mask has a shelf life of 5 years from the date of production.
