A: The objectives of our Security Programs are to meet and exceed the United States Customs Service Industry Programs security guidelines, among them the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism C-TPAT, Super and Sea Carrier Initiative Agreement SCIA, Air Carrier Initiative Agreement ACIA, and Business Anti-Smuggling Coalition BASC. Also IMO and ICAO security recommendations are objectives of our Programs.

A: Our Security Specialists are constantly updating their security knowledge with the latest trends and techniques. These Security Specialists execute the recruiting procedures such as background investigations and pre-employment screening. They train all Security Forces deployed as Anti Narcotics K-9 Handlers, Vessel Security Officers, Maritime Security Officers, and Terminal Security Officers. PHOENIX GROUP routinely conducts polygraph and other tests to insure a secure environment in our Security Forces.

A: Yes, we have all the necessary resources to expand our operations to any other country where a Customer requires our security expertise.
